Our facility

One facility, from melt to export dock.

Every stage below happens under one roof and one quality standard - the same stages your quotation is priced on.

Melting and forming

Batch melting runs at controlled temperatures, then blow or press molding forms your shape - stock silhouettes on proven tooling, private molds on brand-owned tooling held for your exclusive runs.

Batch inspection

Every batch is checked for wall thickness, capacity, neck finish and visual defects before packing. Inspection results are what make the 5-7 day stock production band predictable rather than hopeful.

Sampling and customization

Samples ship in 7-10 days on stock shapes. Custom batch colors, silk-screen printing, embossing and paper or hot-foil labels are applied in-house and approved at sample stage, before the production run is scheduled.

Export packing

Cartons with inserts, palletised container loading and documents prepared per destination. The per-carton gross weight, packed dimensions, pallet count and HS 7010 quoted up front reappear on the packing documents at handover.
